Here’s how I tested the Luxx Air Pro 2 Styler all-in-one Airwrap Hair Multi-styler Tool

Step 1 Wash and condition your hair Spoiler Alert, I use Aveda  (I have included the direct links to the products I use at the end of this article) I get tons of compliments on my hair and it starts with WHAT you use on your hair and ends with WHAT you style it with.

Step 2 Is how to use the pre-styler hair dryer attachment. The Luxx Hair Wrap Dryer is easy to attach and use. Simply line up the coded symbols, push in and twist. You’ll hear a click letting you know the attachment is correctly in place. Select your heat and fan speed settings and begin drying your hair. The Luxx hair wrap dryer is powerful for its size and drying won’t take long. You’ll only want to partially dry your hair. 

MyConfidentStyle Tip: Dry your hair until it is slightly damp from your scalp down most of the length of your hair. When your ends are mostly dry your hair is ready for Step 3.

Step 3 I like my hair curly so I go for the curling barrels. I love that they are long so you don’t have to purchase additional barrels or go through each section of hair twice! I use the Volumizing Anti-Static Round Brush for my bangs.

My hair is medium long and I only have to curl each section of hair one time. Attach your barrel using the coded dots as you did with the drying attachment. Hold the unit behind the section of hair you wish to curl. The (mostly) dry ends of your damp hair will be wrapped around the curling barrel (think magnet lol) and will completely wrap around it.

I use the 3rd heat and airflow setting (personal choice) holding in place for 5-10 seconds and lock in the curl with the cool shot button 3-5 seconds. Then simply push the power button and let your hair gently release from the barrel. 

Note* the correct way to use the Luxx Air Pro curling barrels is when your hair is damp. It shouldn’t be soaking wet or fully dry, but somewhere in the middle.

MyConfidentStyle Tip: Curl direction – if you want your curls to be pointing away from your face (like mine are, see picture) you will attach and hold the base wand in your right hand using the curling barrel attachment with the arrow pointing down toward your feet. For curls coming toward your face simply use the other barrel.

Step 4 Move through each section curling, smoothing or volumizing as desired until your hair is completely styled and dry. 

MyConfidentStyle Tip: When curl styling your hair, be sure to leave the curls in place until your entire head is styled. This allows the curl to “set” and will prolong the length of time i.e number of days your curl will stay in. You do not need to “pin” your curls, simply take a minute or two to put away your Luxx Air Pro 2 and then shake out, comb out or finger through your curls however you normally finish off your look and voila! Bouncy, fresh looking, healthy, curly tresses from this all-in-one hair styling device!

I am literally one and done! I put my hair in a high ponytail loop each night so I’m not flattening out my beautiful work (wink wink) and I literally go 5 days at a time as you can see from my pictures!
